I'm suppose to be starting seasonal after
i'm finished with my ortho lo pack.
Have any of you ever taken it, and how
did you like it??? I'm looking forward to
not having a period!

I have only been on seasonale for 5 weeks,
but so far...I love it! Thus far I have
not had any problems, and i'm keeping my
fingers crossed that I don't in the
future. It was so nice to not have a
period this month. The only reason i'm
taking seasonale is to control heavy
bleeding during my period. Not having a
period at all is even better!
I am concerned that I may get some btb
later on because I have read that many
have had no problems until later in the
pack or with the next pack. One person
suggested taking 6 weeks...Take a 7 day
break...Taking 9 weeks...Take a 7 day
break...Then going the full 12 weeks.
This was suggested by someone's doc as a
way to get their body accustomed to taking
the pill for such a long time with no
break. I have been thinking of trying
this, but i'm afraid that if I do the
bleeding will continue beyond the 7 days.

I was wondering since you didnt have a
period if you bleed longer too. My
periods usually only last for 5 days and
it would suck to have them last any longer
eventhough its only 4 times a year. But
I guess I rather have a heavier one 4
times a year than having a flow every
month!
