thanks jamie, yes we were hoping. But guess it was not in the cards this time. I am starting an excaersize program... Perhaps sheding a few pounds may help me become more fertile..

I always have taken my vitimans daily, but I just recently switched to a pre-natal which has more folic acid in it.

I am going start walking again and work from there. Perhaps start incorpoating some weight lifting (nothing too heavy)

i just don't feel it is time for me to go thru the pcos testing. I took an online questioneer and it said that pcos is most likely not the reason I missed my period. (probably stress)

i will keep you all posted...

Angel.. How you feeling sweety?

My husband and I talked.... It will happen when it happens. We are in no hurry. There are a few things we would like to accomplish in the next year, so we have a few years before I realy start to worry.
