Breastfeeding and bottle is okay. My ob
always tells me that some breast feeding
is better than none. The baby might
prefer one over the other tho so just hope
she not picky!

My ob says that is fine as long as you
dont mix breast with formula cause that
gives them gas.

I breastfed my baby, and bottle fed him
forumla and he wasn't one bit fussy. I
guess it just depends on the baby. I am
glad I did it that way becasue I have some
friends who delivered around the same time
I did, and are breast feeding still,
because there baby's refuse the bottle.
Mine got it from day one, so I could go
back and forth no problem at all.

Yes breastfeeding and bottle are ok.
Congratulations on your new baby girl.
Tiredness comes with th teritiory. It'll
get better slowly. Tje first 6 weeks is
the hardest though, but really after that
you should be doing better. Once she
hits 3 months and is allowed to have
cereal give it to her at night fill up
that belly and she will sleep well. But
first time with cereal give her a little
during the day so you can make sure shes
not alergic to it... Just one little
tip... Also at about 4 months you can
give her jello water to expand her belly
for less feeding times but more in the
feeding. Still averages the same. Its
only about 1 tsp per 8 oz bottle. But
make sure to clean out her mouth after the
jello water or give her reg water
afterwards. Congrats again....

Gassey Baby

She has had bad bad gas so we put her on
enfamil for gassey and fussy babies she
was on enfamil w/ iron I thought maybe the
iron was tearing her tummy up I breast fed
well pumped b/c she won't take the breast
since the first day I have had problems
with her latching on so I gave up and when
I got my milk I would pump but I read a
website that said if you formula fed only
breast fed once a day so thats what im
doing. I would not mind just pumping but
im afraid the whole switch would upset her
stomach she is keeping me up all night im
so tired my mom said when she gets older
she will improve. I never new being a new
mommy would be so hard im so tired and I
got the postpardum blues not to bad but
sometimes I just break down and cry my mom
watched her last night so I could sleep.
Well she is crying now g2g
