I get that feeling sometimes too. Ill have my good days were I feel really energetic and wont have a care in the world and then ill have the days that I feel drained and feel alone.If you need to talk in private you can pm me.

Yea but its like I get episodes where this happens, and it happens at least 10 times a day now!

And after all the trauma and stress i've gone through in the past 2 months im wondering if that has anything to do with it.
These feelings are starting to make me feel really angry and bitter and my poor boyfriend cops my moods all the time.

I thought I was the only person that felt this way sometimes.You feel as though you don't have any explanation on why you get angry and bitter?Talk to different people, they don't have to talk back if you don't want them to they can just listen.Just get stuff off your chest instead of holding it in.You can pm me and I won't respond if you don't want me to, I won't judge you because of how you feel or what's going through your mind. You sound like you just need somebody to talk to that won't think of you being crazy or being weird for telling them what you're feeling.I remember feeling like my boyfriend or family wouldn't take me seriously, it was easier to write down what I was feeling instead of actually having to say it aloud.

There is a cycle to the grieveing process. Just dont let it suck you in too far. This too will pass, that is the only suggestion I can come up with. And to tell you that me and angel, and im sure others are praying for you. It will pass. And all that will remain is a bright new morning--with a new hope in your heart for something better.
