I need some help I dont know if I have
herepes or this condom keeps giving my 3
bumps on my penis I used a latex condom 2
day ago and now I have three bumps on my
penis and this only happen one time before
like 3 months ago and in between the
months ive been using polyurethane condom
so I dont know if I have herpes or im
allergic to latex plz help me to see the
difference.

Sounds like it. The only way you can
really find out it to try a latex condom
again, and see if it happens again. If
it does, i'd say you probably are having
an alergic reaction to it.
