Hello everyone. I'm only 19 years old and
for the last 4-5 months i've been
experiecing pretty seriously erectile
problems. At first I figured it was
something that would eventually pass, but
it never did. After 3-4 months passed
with no sign of improvement i'm starting
to get worried. I've never had this
problem in the passed.
I am not sexually active, and only
masturbate about 2 times a week. It just
feels as if the blood is not staying in my
penis. I can get it semi hard most of the
time, but still not as hard as it should
be, and litterally the second I stop
stimulation I can just watch it start
going down.
I think I have been very calm about this
up to now, not thinking it was serious,
but now its getting to the point that I
believe it is a serious issue.
Has anyone else had this problem in the
past?
What should I do?

I had this problem for the past 10 months.
I was sure something was wrong with me.
Sometimes with my girlfriend I couldnt
finish sex. I'm 24 and completely
healthy.
Today ive masterbated 8 times and all 8
times my erections were rock hard and
lasting. This morning I realized what my
problem is and you might have the same
one.
One night 10 months ago I lost my erection
during sex. It flipped me out completely.
Ever since then, ive never really had a
complete erection until today. I found I
had gotten into a cycle. Everytime i'd
think about sex, i'd think about the time
I lost my erection, thus making it
impossible for me to even get one. Today
I just stopped thinking about it and
voila!
You're in your sexual prime and I doubt
you have anything physical going on with
you. I've talked to my buddies about this
alot man and it seems sometimes alot of
guys have this problem for some period of
time.
When was the first time you noticed this,
and are you stressed out and anxious alot?
These things impact your sexual state
incredibly. No matter how hot you think a
girl is and no matter how bad you want to
have sex, if you are even remotely
thinking about anything that has to do
with erections problems, you won't be able
to function normally, if at all.
I was so worried after 10 months of having
issues with this, and my relationship with
my girlfeind literaly ending. I was
constantly depressed about it and was
going to see a doctor soon. Turns out
it's all mental in my case, and i'd bet my
life its the same for you. Give me some
idea of whats going on in your life,
school, girls, depression, guilt..???

Firefox makes a good point.
Ronniecapo: there are a number of threads
on this same topic. Many suggest that
you simply are to nervous about not
performing up to "your standards" or not
saitisfying her that causes a loss of
erection in these cases. I'll see if I
can pin-point a few of those threads for
you.

hi there,
i can help but will require more info from
you first.
Do you drink much alcohol? If so how
much?
Are you on any medications? Do you take
drugs?
When anybody has any sexual related
problems it is a serious subject so I
would like to know how you are today ? Is
the problems getting any better?

Hello everyone and thanks for your
replies. No i'm not on any medications
and I don't drink or smoke. The problem
has not gotten any better. I don't
understand why this is happening, I know
it can't be because i'm nervous or
something cause i'm not even having sex.

Ok when did you start masturbating and how
often?
Have you tried any penile damage exercises
ie
jelking, penile weightlifting, tying
elastic bands around penile base?
It sounds to me you have damaged the
penile tissues causing colagen to be
filled up there. Is their numbness in any
part of your penis?
What is your diet like?

I started masturbating at about 15. I
wouldnt say I masturbate any more than the
average person, once every day or two. To
tell you the truth you're idea sounds
silly, but if this is true is how do I
correct it?

in order to produce a spontaneous, harder
and longer erection you must produce more
prostaglandin e1 in your penile tissues
and by taking daily
3000mg fish oil
3000mg borage oil
1500mg l-arginine
will boost the prostaglandin e1 synethisis
and help you gradually rejuvenate his
neuro-endocrine function and to excite
your noergic/oxytonergic nervous system
for health and sex.
Try this out for a month and see if you
notice any improvements. Let us know how
you get on.
I havebeen taking the above prostaglandin
e1 therapy for many months now and it is
helpng my semen production, refractory
time, erection power and stamina also you
should notice more spontaneous erections.
Limit your ejaculation practises to twice
a week as you are but try not to over
stimulate your uretha, this will provide a
natural recovery to you hopefully.
Do you feel any numbness in your penile
tissues?
Do you experience precum flooding at
all?
Do you experience much morning erection?

if you do decide to go with this method,
be sure you use fish oil capsules with the
most omega-3 percentage you can find
(~75-80%). Capsules with amounts like
30% contain an extra amount of fatty acid
in place of the omega-3 and are more
likely to cause unwanted side effects and
simply increase the number of capsules you
have to take. Be forewarnd that these
capsules can have side effects including
diarrhea, stomach problems, flatulence,
bloating, nausea, indigestion, and
headaches for the duration of their use.
(additionally, extended use of fish oils
may reduce the body's ability to form
blood clots, while borage oil has a
tendency to thin the blood, and extended
use may cause liver damage; studies show
that it may have cancer-causing
properties. There should be nothing to
worry about with the l-arginine though.
 ) you might want to contact a
doctor before starting a program like
this, but as always, the choice is
yours.
Feel free to do as you like, but much of
this advice is that that is given over at
"actionlove." some say it works (as does
learn4life I presume), some say it
doesn't. Some things work for some
people, but don't work for others.
Some people swear by it, others are left
unsatisfied from "treatments" that don't
work. I'm neither in support of or
against actionlove; I am simply here to
let you know the facts. The choice is
yours; and good luck with whatever you
choose to do.

thanks for your info's. Yes please try
the liquid formula instead.(bottled)it
contains
2800mg of omega 3
1300 epa
10ml spoonful
borage oil(bottled)
3ml = 2745mg of borage oil(starflower)
567mg gla
make sure to split the dosage so it is
fully absorbed by the body.
My parents have been taking the fish oils
to help with their stiff joints and eye
vision and also two of my friends are
taking Dr.Lins natural prostaglandin e1
therapy and have experienced good results
from it.
From my expereince Dr.Lin has helped me
recover from over masturbation and
ejaculation since age 11(twice a day,
every day till aged age 17.
Penile damage by penile stretching, penile
breakage of left base, jelking hanging
8kg weights on penis, tying 3-5 plastic
bands extremely tightly around the penile
base,
over practicing pc muscle clenches which
caused penile precum leakage constantly,
overdrinking to the extent of passing out
many times and smoking hash.
The penile ballooning heat massage with
vip cream using sexual chikong will help
to repair penile damage done from the
above as experienced by myself.
The repair percentage depends on how
severe the damage is.
Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for all the replies. But no thanks
as far as all the vitamins go. I just
want to find out what is causing the
problem and correct it without taking
drugs. I find it hard to believe that
it's "a mental problem". I honestly thing
it has something to do with horomones, but
im not a doctor, so who knows. I'm
getting really fed up with it though. :(

I have been having the same problems as
you for a year and a half. I am 20 now
and have seen two doctors and three
urologists and they think it is all in my
head, but I dont because I dont really
masturbate and dont think about sex that
much. But I noticed that even with
viagra, if your nervous then nothing
helps. Sometimes having a few drinks and
taking viagra helps, I know thats not a
medical solution but sometimes it works,
write me back if you found anything that
helped as I am still having this problem

I am a veteran of impotence, I have fought
it for more than 5.6 years.
The best of traditional chinese medicine
tonics, the best of Dr.Lin (actionlove),
dave w's improvement to Dr.Lin, the
techniques of alan ritz and william j's
answer. I've seen it all.
Don't let anyone tell you that it's all in
your head, your neurotransmitters,
hormones and minerals are deficient due to
your excessive sexual activities, stress
or drug use.

finally someone sees sence in the Dr.Lin

Hey grand have you been doing the alan

multiple orgasms without ejaculation? Its
totally mind blowing, isnt it ;)
what is dave w's improvement to Dr.Lins

what exactly would you be refering to?
Kegels? Cause if you're refering to
kegels, they are nothing new...
