Hi everyone. I am new here. I am in real need of some support. I am 18 weeks pregnant with my first child. (a boy!) ever since I was 5 weeks I became increasingly sicker, it began as morning sickness, and gradually got worse, I was vomiting all the time, after several attempts by my doctor with medication, and 2 visits to the emergency room, I was hopeless. I am now taking a steroid called medrol, and have been on it for about a month, it works great, but a person is only supposed to be on it for about 2 weeks, and gradually decrease the dose. I tried that, and after the decrease I was vomiting again. I still become nauseous after meals, so I know if I stop taking it I will go back to square one. Along with this my mental health is terrible, I have struggled with anxiety and depression for about 6 years, and having had to stop 3 of my medications when I got pregnant was just horrible. I would really like to hear from someone who has had, or is having a similar experience.
