Ok this might be a dumb question but it is something I was wondering. I read it somewhere on the internet. Can a woman who is 36 weeks go into labor by her husband fingering her?

I suppose anything is possible; I do know that sex at that stage can cause labor. If the induction of labor in those cases is cause by the pure feeling of arousal and orgasm, then yes, I suppose fingering could do the same. But if ther is also the factor of the penis bumping against the cervix, then just fingering wouldn't cause labor, unless he's got really long fingers...
