Welcome to the forum granny.
I do get leg cramps once in a while but
not every night. I suggest you eat
bananas or foods rich in potassium. This
might ease it. You may also try and do
ante-natal yoga. The hamstring stretch
excercise is the recommended excercise in
preventing leg crams which unfortunately
common during pregnancy. But please only
do this when you get the go signal from
your Dr.
You may also post your future queries re
pregnancy on the pregnancy forum. You
will get more replies to your question.
