i am a 24 year old who was diagnosed with
schizophrenia in september of 2003. I
went without meds for awhile and ended up
in the hospital 3 times since I was first
diagnosed. Now I am on pills and I am
doing so much better I have started a
website to help other schizophrenics.
It is called schizofarm. I want people
to get together and form a support
community at schizofarm.
The website has:
--forums
--shoutbox
--art gallery
--user system
--personal journals
--and more
it is more of a hang out for
schizophrenics and their friends rather
than a medical website. It does have a
schizophrenia news feed on it which is
quite useful.

Sounds like a nice thing 2do not many
people would bother im goin 2 take a look
in a minute. Im 17 and am really confused
as no1 seems 2 tell me wots wrong wiv me I
know I have social anxiety,low self
esteem,manic deppreasion and possibly a
eating disorders as I am goin 2 see a diet
trishion soon but im worried I could be
schizophrenic because of the amount of
cannibiss I have smoked and now I cant
trust any1 I feel like my family and
friends r against me conspiring even my
doctors in on it. Ive been comeing more
and more paranoid and am now out of work
cause of it. Its driveing me insane I
have loads of the symptoms but am still
unsure and ive heard that family,friends
and doctors dont tell schizophrenics that
they r and it can be made worse by finding
out but really need help finding out as I
cant even sit wiv friends without being
paranoid or thinking that they r saying
things about me which might just be miss
understanding them.

joined it earlier.Im glad youve set
something up that helps people like us
talk freely about the goings on of the
schizo mind. Im not so bad now with my
schizorphrenia and psycosis as I was, it
was mainly due to me taking way too many
drugs, the only thing is I have trouble
trusting my own intuition in certain
