U should ask ur doctor... Im also 17 n im
31w prego today...But from wha I have been
told by my doctor theres diffrent types of
nipples...N it all depends on wha kind u
have that makes u lactad....N then some
gurls just dont lactad at all..But I would
just ask ur doc. N see wha he/she has to

i read somewhere that some women lactate
early, and some don't lactate 'til later
on in their pregnancy, and some don't
lactate at all. I have been leaking
colostrum (pre-milk) since I was about 5
months pregnant. I personally think it's
a pain in the butt though sometimes
because I leak through my shirts, all over
my bedsheets, and I have to stuff toilet
paper in my bra before I go anywhere so I
won't leak through my shirts. Now
obviously I fold the toliet paper before I
put it in my bra....I figure why buy those
things at the store when I can just take
two sheets of toilet paper folded up and
put in each side of my bra. (i leak
constantly through my shirts, and all over
my bedsheets, because I don't wear bras
while i'm at home...Unless I have company
but i've been bumming around the house
lately in my pjs so....Then later in the
day like in the afternoon after I take a
bath/shower I get dressed in actual
clothes instead of wearing my pjs all day
long. (sorry about too much
information)! But bottom line some women
produce colostrum/milk more then others.
I don't plan on breastfeeding but am still
unsure yet.....Because if i'm leaking this
much colostrum why let it go to waste but
if I would breastfeed then i'm gonna have
to go on a strict diet because I heard
that you really gotta watch what you eat
and drink when you breastfeed. Good luck
and hope this helps. Also hope you or
anyone else weren't offended because that
was not my intention at all.
21 years old, married for a year and a
couple of months,i am now 33 weeks
pregnant with my first baby.
