I Think I Might Have Cancer..thanks Everybody!! Posted: 09-20-05 19:03pm
I have a lump about the size of a marble
in my groin. It is a little tender.
I have to see a surgeon tomorrow, and I am
freaking out. Has anyone ever gone
through this? The doctor said it is
nothing to be concerned about, they get a
oncologist to look at all lumps, as a
precautionary. I had blood work done
this morning. I went on some web sites,
and I don't really have any symptoms of
cancers..But my mind is racing...Totally
freaking right the medical question out.
Just the thought of it, I have a new baby,
and I kind of would like to be around to
see him grow up.
Someone out there in this crazy world,
must have experienced this before, and can
shed some light, so I am not up puking my
guts out of anxiety all night

Well thanks to all who gave a damn to
reply. I had emergency surgery this
afternoon to remove this thing from my
groin, as my blood work came back all
screwy.
It was the size of a tooney, and had
"feelers" attached to things. They sent
it off to have a biopsy done. Hopefully
they got all of what ever it was, and I
won't die, anytime soon.
