Hi im trying to lose 10lbs, I was
wondering if eating lost of fruit and
veggies will help me lose weight, I need
to lose this 10lb by say end of novemeber.
I havn't eaten no junk food nothing, I
drank plenty water and eating lost of
fruits and veggies. I especially love
salad just a little salad dressing and raw
veggies n fruits.Can them help me lose my
10lbs.Please respond

Do you know what your bmi is ?
Eating only fruits and vegetables is not
enough for losing weight. You need to
take a balanced diet. Use bran bread; no
regular bread and rice. You can eat all
vegetables and fruits except potatoes and
bananas. Make sure you take protein in
the form of lentil soup, boiled or steamed
beef and chicken.
Run on treadmill for 30 minutes every day
or go for brisk walk for an hour every
day.
