There are 2 companies. I brought mine in singapore though in same contents or ingredients, the t18 has higher concentration like some other drugs got extra or normal pack, that we can find in market. Because it gives me faster improving effect so I still stick to it, finished 1st treatment already. Besides, the consultant followup my case frequently so...I am doing fine with t18.
