My Girlfriend Has Just Left Me... Posted: 09-23-05 09:00am
Hey, I have been going out with my
girlfriend, sam, for 4 months and 8 days
till yesterday she said we needed to talk,
I thought sure what’s on your mind, and
she explained to me that she doesn't want
to be with me anymore but just wants to be
my friend, so I was "downgraded to her
best friend" it really sucks I thought I
had something special with her, I love sam
with all my heart, I thought we would grow
old together, even though I am only young,
(i’m 17. 18 in april) .. She wants me
to experience other relationships as she
was my first real girlfriend; she was my
first in the sexual department, and the
first to break my heart.
I don’t know what to do imp so confused,
she goes to school. Sixth form with me
and its hard to ignore her to get over her
that way, so I have decided to become
friends with her, she also told me that
she is breaking up with me because she
likes someone else, this is a guy in her
year, (year below.) he is really cool, a
real nice guy. I really like him and he
is my friend, and yesterday before she
broke up with me, she kissed him,
but he pulled away, I talked to him about
this today and I told him I respected him
for it, I also asked him about his
feelings for sam, and he told me he loves
her, its going to be really hard if they
get together as they will be in the commen
room together and I will just be sitting
there like a lemon, I don’t know what to
do, it will break my heart even more, how
can I find someone else when I feel like
this? I love sam with all my heart I just
want her back in my life, please help!

Hey hun! If you truly love her & care
about her, then you'll accept whatever she
decides to do. As long as she's happy.
Try talking to her, or writing her a
letter explaining your feelings & how
you wish you 2 could get back
together..After that all's you can do is
just wait & see what happens. Treat
her well, don't bother her all the time,
and try to go on a few dates with other
girls just to try & get her off your
mind for awhile. From expericnce I know
your first love will always be in your
heart, no matter where you are in life.
If she's your first love then she'll
always be there & your memories with
her will always be there. Good luck &

Hi there. Your 1st love is not always
your best love! Get out, enjoy, laugh,
have fun, you never know the right one may
be right around thee corner from you and
it is always difficult making the next
move after being hurt but it is no fun
being alone! Good luck!
