I don't know if other people saw it but the american medical association has a new study out that contradicts the study published earlier this year. The old study said that vitamin e did not provide help the heart. The new study was a 10 year study with 40,000 women and it found that taking vitamin e supplements did reduce heart related deaths by 24%. That's good news for me as a long time vitamin e user.

I don't know that vitamin e will provide you sexual benefits but it does add to my overall feeling of well being. I am very happy with the vitamin e that I have been using.
