I have recently experienced knee joint
aches and elbow joint aches. Especially
when I kneel down on the knees and during
my excercise workout routine of squats and
skull crushers. I lift pretty heavy
weights, but this seemed to start about a
month ago. I had recently gained about
20 lbs due to more dedicated workouts and
the increased weight was more or less high
fat intake. (5 batches of tiramisu within
2 months were consumed, I have a sweet
tooth!!). Could these aches be due to
the increased weight gain or other areas??
Could vitamins or herbals help????
