A week ago I was studying in the library
and in about 10 minutes my head went from
feeling fine to having my temples felt
very pressurized.
Since then it has been present every day
in my temples, eyes, nose, and back of
head. I don't have any other symptoms
like sore throat, coughing, stuffy or
runny nose, so I can't figure out what it
is. I feel like I want to put a pin in my
head to relieve the pressure.
It is hard to think straight and I can
hardly do any homework or studying. Any
suggestions or tips are greatly
appreciated.

Wow, I Had Similar Experience a Year Or So Ago Posted: 10-03-05 17:12pm
Hi,
sorry to hear about the frustrating sense
of pressure you have. Interestingly I
had a very similar situation occur. It
came on suddently then hung around for
weeks...Then months. I however have a
history of migraines. This was very
different though. With time it subsided,
but I have not found anything that made it
go away when I was suffering from it.
It was very frustrating to explain to
docters, since it was not a "headache" in
the traditional sense. I have had plenty
of typical headaches...And this was not
one. I will let you know if I find out
anything about this. In the interim I
hope you feel better =)
i did with time and some temporary pain
medication when it made it impossible to
concentrate (i can understand that fully)
Hey, ive read your post an you'r not the
only one I get it too only thing that
helps is sleepin, but if the rooms too
hot/cold makes it worse for me. Never
been to docs for it tho I just put it down
too stress or being on the pc alllll the
while and stuf. But drinkin more water
(not diluted in squash or nyfin) helps.
