I was just wondering i've been working out
for several months and noticed my friends
who work out have like rock solid muscles
and I don't for some reason why could this
be I seem to work out more than they do

Well they may be on "enhancments" or you
may not be on the right diet to aid muscle
growth.
Ideally you need to have some carbs about
2 hours befoe r your work out and after
the work out to consume protien to help
with the muscle growth and development.
But really.. Dont ever resort to steriods
as a quick fix.. As the minute you stop
takign them the muslce mass goes and you
are back to square one.. And with a
damaged liver!
