Can you get pregnant on the first night of intercourse if you are not on any contraceptive or using a condom. I know that stress can cause nausea, but along after that night do you need to take a pregnancy test to confirmed that you are not pregnant. Can I have a answer on this asap.

Yes it is possible for u to get pregnant with just one unprotective intercourse, depending on ur,

1) metabolism/activity level
2) period regularity
3) mental state (relaxed & not stressed)
4) timing of intercourse

so there is a 50% chance.

U could wait and see for ur period or use an early pregnancy tester which can detect pregnancy on the day or before ur period starts.
