I was told by my doctor not to dye my hair or fake n bake. But a friend of mine who is a few months farther than I am, advised me that her doctor told her that she could fake n bake as long as she kept it to a max of 2 times a week and that she would be fine with hair dye. I wanted to know what your doctors said. I feel like my doctor tells me to advoid everything including deli meat that is prepackaged before getting to the store and all fried foods.

Ok hair dye yes you should stay way from it. Fake n bake well its safe kinda but it could cause problems I know my doc said one a week if I did that but I don't. Deli meat well kinda if you think about it isn't everything pre-packaged? Fried foods is mainly because of coloeratle ( or how ever you spell it) or if you have high blood presser ( grr I really can't spell). I was never warned about deli meat or fried foods. I guess it verious on what you should and shouldn't do while your pg but hair dye is a big no no cause of the amonnia... Just like changing a litter box. I guess hair dye would be ok if you did one without ammonia in it. But they do use other terms. It all depends on your feelings about it I guess. Dark colors are ok cause they don't have bleach or ammonia in it. Blondes well they do contain that stuff. But those were my warnings from my doc.. No hair dye and 1 a week if I fake n bake...
