Hi all

well I am about 6 months pregnant (due new years eve). Today my stomache feels very different than it usually does, not only is the baby kicking at my side, not the side of my belly but my actual side, but i'm having strange pains and sharp pains in my belly and lower abdomen.

Is this normal and me being paranoid or could it be something?

Sounds normal to me, if it really concerns you , you should go check with your doctor. Sounds like your stomach is streching making room for the growing baby. I am 4 months pregnant and I get bad pain in my stomach streching pain.

At 6 months, a lot of stretching is happening, either one or both sides of your tummy. I am nearly on my 28th week and I experienced it as well. But if the pain is sharp and you find it really uncomfortable, I suggest you see and tell your dr about it immediately.
