I am very confused....Okay like I havnt had sex with my bf for about 6 months...But I did once last month....After we did have sex I had a big stomach cramp...At the lower area...Like where my bladdar is...And it hurt really bad...Now I thought I got my period for 2 days its was heavy like reg...But a little lighter than my other periods...So yesterday is was light...So I only had my period for 2 days then I started to spot...Now im confused becuz I dunt kno whats going on please tell me what it is

Well, I can see why you're confused.

You said you haven't had sex with your boyfriend for 6 months, except that time last month? Lmao, that means you have had sex in the last 6 months.
