Okay, for those of you who had read my post, about me being late for my period and trying to have a baby an all that good stuff. Well I have yet to start my period and I have counted 52 days since my last one which was aug 12. Now I have always been irregular, however, those irregular periods went from 35 to no longer than 39 days. I am so bloated, my uniform fits so snug, I have nauseau from time to time, my breasts arent as sore but sometimes not all the time, my lower back hurts, and I get cramps from time to time. I mean I am still waiting for my period but nothing. But two weeks ago I took a test and it said no. But this wednesday I have a doc appt and going to take a blood test. What do u all think?

Well my periods were always irragular too. So half the time I didnt even notice that they were later until my husband and I started trying for our second baby. If the test said no, I would now take another one. They say to wait a week or two if you still dont get your period. If it says no, then I wouldnt think that you are pregnant. Especially because you are so late, so the hcg hormone would definitely be present in your urine. The doctors will be able to tell more when they do the blood work. And as far as the bloating and breasts hurting, thats because either its from being pregnant, or its because you need to get your period. And its built up bloating pretty much. So hang in there. Take another pt. I dont see why you dont! I would have been taking one each day if my period was that late and because your trying to concieve. Gl

Thank you for your answer. I want to take one sooooo bad....But I am just scared of the response. If its no then what is wrong with me. If yes then I am very happy. I also will be a lot more at ease with a blood test. When you say built up what does that mean? All the symptoms I have are pregnancy/period. I have a four year old son already and I am thinking I should know what to expect.

Okay ladies I guess I am going to by a test tonight and take it tomorrow. If I says negative then that means i'm not pregnant, and I will want to know what is happening to my body to make me almost 2 weeks late.

Like I said...Take it tomorrow when you first wake up. If it says no, then you are like 99 percent not pregnant. Remember anything can cause your period to be late. Stress is a big one since all you are thinking about is that your period is late, and then your body triggers it to not come. So chill out, take the test, and if it still doesnt come within a week then I would let the doctor know. There might be something else wrong, or it may just be the stress issue. Hope this helps :d
