Does anyone know if the "failing" (negative result) on a pregnancy test would be genetic? My mom failed 5 before she knew she was pregnant with me (at 6 mo. Along). I have some classic sypmtoms of pregnancy, and have gone to the doctor to make sure it wouldn't be anything else... But they say I can't know for sure until there is a missed period, which isn't going to happen for another few weeks.
