Are greasy foods bad to have while your pregnat? Everything I find about pregnacy diet is what to eat or some stuff to aviod. Nothing mentions greasy foods or spicy foods. Please let me know. Thanks

Spicy foods are okay, but greasy foods have alot of fat you don't need. Try to stay away from that, they say greasy foods also cause morning sickness.
