I feel your pain. Or at least I used to
years ago. I tried all kinds of
ointments with no luck. Then I tried ky
jelly. My doctor said it was dangerous to
use oil base lubricants in this area.
They can trap bacteria and make it worse.
Ky is water based. It only took a few
applications and I was relieved.
As I grow older I am finding out that if I
can't powder it to feel better I lube it
up with some ky jelly. These are great,
cheap remedies that are holding me
together. I am beginning to think the
human body was not inteded to live past
40, at least not without powder and ky.

You may also want to try cortizome(sp?)
cream. That has worked great for me and
states on the tube for "anal itch".
