Okay, I am taking ortho-tri cyclen lo
right now and have been having some
horrible side effects. So I went today to
get my pills switched and they prescribed
me triphasil-28. I am going to a free
clinic right now because I don't have
insurance or the money to pay a doctor.
So this clinic can't afford brands like
yasmin, which is what I wanted to be put
on cause I had no problems with that.
Now, I have done a search on this pill and
one of the main things that I am reading
about women having a problem with, is
losing their hair. One woman said she
lost 60% of her hair. I really don't want
to lose my hair, I have finally gotten it
to grow and look good. So, I am wondering
is anyone taking this pill? If so, did
you have any problems? I am just so scard
to take it now. Thanx!!

I consider myself a triphasil expert! My
doctor told me that of all the birth
control pills triphasil is one to give u
the least side effects because it carries
hormones that mimic your period that is
why it is in tri phases. I had absolutely
no problems in the beginning with this
pill and it helped me with many things.
Such as depression/acne/pms etc. The only
problem was that I had a low sex drive
after three months and had to get off of
it. My doctor said it could just be my
reaction to pills in general. I am
starting alesse and I am going to see.
