He can never get custody so dont worry.
All you have to do is write the judge. I
know my sister did it. And the judge
followed my sisters instructions and
granted her full custody of hope. So he
cant, look at his record. You can do it.

Nikki is right he would never under any
circumstances get custody of the child due
to the fact that he has been charged with
a heinous crime as well as being heavy
into drugs. He might receive supervised
visitation however even that (under the
circumstances) is doubtful. You are going
to do so much better without him honey and
your so strong. Hang in there

And under your supervision only, no matter
what attorney he has. So if he wants to
take your kid for an ice cream, your goin
for an ice cream too, he wants to take
your kid to disneyland, your goin to
disneyland. And he cant do anything about
it.
