Q: Strange Taste

Is it just me or have any of you other expectant mothers developed a kind of a strange tatse in your mouth?? I find that sometimes when I am eating certain foods they taste really strange and my mouth has this really 'funny' taste, I can't quite get it explained. I was trying to mix some drink for my daughter the other day and I tasted it and I just kept adding stuff becuz it didn't taste right me to. Eventually I just gave up and got my mother to finish it off, I had already done such a diaster with it {lol}. Sometimes I wud tatse something and it wud taste so off to me that I am already to throw it out until someone else tatse it and more often than not there ain't nothing wrong with it.
I didn't have that with gabriela. Wonder what cause that.

My problem also in indigestion. It gets so bad sometimes that I can hardly sleep, sometimes it even gets rather painfull. It's not so bad now becuz my doc told me to eat smaller amounts but several times a day as oppose to 3 large plate sof food, so that seems to have helped me a bit at least

I couldn't stand meat for a couple months while pregnant. Especially pork chops. Grose....When I ate them, I thought I could taste raw pork blood. All meat tasted like blood to me.

Not that I have ever settled down to a bowl full of blood, and actually tasted large quantities....( so that I knew what it tasted like )

Tuna!!!! I used to love tuna, but now, I am so off of it it ain't funny :(. I taste it and it just doesn't taste right to me, even if I go out to dinner and I order it, it still taste strange {sigh}. I haven't eaten beef in like two years and now I find that I am craving it so badly. I must have a beef roti or a beef burger everyday, and it taste so funny to me but I eat it regardless {lol}

There's been plenty of times when I have a weird taste in my mouth for no reason.

It's funny you should say meats taste like blood I have had the same problem. I can't eat chicken legs anymore i've narrowed it down to only chicken breast. Big difference in the taste (to me)
