Hey I Need Advice On What to Expect.... Posted: 10-08-05 10:24am
Okay well im 18 and yeah it is a little
bit older than some of the situations on
here, but im just as lost. I read some
of the situations in here and I give you
all props for sticking through it.
Anyways... Like I said im 18 almost 19
but the problem is the father. Jordan and
I were only together a month when I got
pregnant. When I first told him I was
pregnant he was supportive saying that he
was 23 and had a good job and I was almost
done with my college so it would all work
out. Well after I decided to keep the
baby, everything changed. He met me at
my friends house about a month ago and
said I dont know if we will be together
when the baby is here. And now we dont
hang out anymore, he doesnt call me, and
to top it all off he ditches me for his
friends and honestly I just feel alone.
Both of our family's know that we are
expecting and his parents are awsome.
His mom calls me to see how I doing and if
there is anything she can get me, and the
sad thing is I talk to her more than I do
her son. I know I just rambled on and im
sorry but I just need some advice on what
to do and how to get over this.

Hey girl about the age part I feel you.
I'm 18 to and I thought I was the oldest
one on here. But as far as the stituation
goes do the best for your child men will
be men and we don't have to go into that
subject. Its a good thing that his mother
supportive, he'll come around dodn't let
him brake yoru down. But you can also let
him know that no matter what he'll be
paying for the either through child
support or spending qualsity time with his
child. Believe me that same thsing made
my cousin be around his son more often.
Good luck! If you need someone to talk 2
i'm here.
