Have you seen a doctor? I dont know
about sjw but I wouldnt take anything
without my doc saying it was safe. There
are a lot of wonderful drugs out there
that can help you with anxiety and/or
panic. I am taking buspar which is
specifically for anxiety but there are
other ones too. Let me know if I can
help.

More About John Wart Posted: 10-11-05 04:28am
I am sure since you know the name you
should also be knowing that most of the
medicines for depression contain the same
constituents as in this herb.
There are many other such herbs available
and it has been established beyond doubt
that these herbs have more potency as well
as lesser side effects than others.
The million dollar question is how to
prepare decoctions without previous
experience and guidance.Best way would be
to locate some non to greedyperson around
you to help you are do some research.
You will find useful information on
http://nccam.Nih.Gov/ for the johnwart
herb.
Preparation of decotion guidance can be
found on www.Herbsandcures.Com
