these vitamins,

you want to unless puritan pride is having
a good sale.
Good luck!

with walmart brand vitamins you are taking
a whole bunch of stuff your body cant
digest, just throwing your money away,
read the label and if you cant pronounce
half the stuff on there reconsider what
you are doing, a good multi is food
derived so your body can digest it and
actualy use the vitamins these are the
once I take tey then out, compare labels
and if your not convinced let me know. Http://store.Halecorp.Com/default.As

well, if they are so bad that a person's
body can't digest them, they wouldn't be
selling them, and my doctor wouldn't
recommend the ones that she does.

Thank you happiness and thank your Dr.
For me, could it be that the others are
throwing their money away? Typical sales
people, and I am no dr but I have been and
worked around several but it is their
choice of what they choose to use.

Im not a doctor and im not looking for an
argument but heres the thing; if your
vitamin is food derived it is better for
you then one that is made from plastic,
compare a bottle and let me know, google
the big words on the back of your vitamins
and see what they are made of. Then look
at these vitamins and see what they are
made of. Second the vitamin industry is
not regulated by the fda so they would be
selling them, and lets look at the news
and see how many doctor prescribed meds
have been recalled because they cause
heart attacks? Do this for your self and
if you still not convinced email me and
ill send you some support documents.

Vincent77 you bring up a good point about
the difference between natural form
vitamins and chemical form.
There is a difference in bioavailability
between the various forms, but the natural
form isn't always the most bioavailable.
Take vitamin c, vitamin e, and the amino
acid tocopherol for example.
Ester-c, ester-e, and d-alpha-tocopherol
are all chemical derivitaves. But they
absorb into the body better than the
natural form due to them being bonded to
another nutrient that allows it to pass
through your stomache lining easier.
