After I cum, I get an aching pain in my
balls for a while. Doesn't matter if I
cum by myself or with someone, for about
an hour after they ache. It seems to be
related to how hard I cum as well - if I
havn't for a few days, they ache even more
after i'm done. Is this normal?

A little bit every once in a while is
somewhat common, but a lot every time is
not... It may be "blue balls."

Either that or just excitment......I used
to get that when I made out with my
