Need Information On Symptoms of Cirrhosis Stages Posted: 10-09-05 08:38am
My husband was diagnosed with cirrhosis
last week. He is a heavy drinker and
does not seem as if he has any intention
of quitting. I want to find out how long
I have to get things in order so that I
will not be caught unable to take care of
my children when he is gone. I have not
been able to find any information on what
symptoms show up at what stage of the
disease (just symptoms for the disease in
general) or a ball-park life expectancy
for someone with specific symptoms who
continues to drink. Does anyone know
where I can find this type of information
on the web?
