I did a search on google.Com and clicked on "images" I wrote in fetal development on the search bar and lots of different pictures came on.

My favourite is www.Pregnancy.Org. Just click on the fetal development button. You can view the development of the fetus per week. The site has a pregnancy calendar as well which is very helpful i.E., things you may experience or undergo during a certain week. Hope this helps.

this site shows ultrasound pictures week by week. It also includes how the baby should be growing that week.
