Hi, I really feel for you and I am 28 weeks pregnant with a 3 year old who up to recently wasnt sleeping at night at all (and still gets in my bed in the morning!!) all I can suggest is try 1 week of hard hard training with your 14 month old, try your best just for one week to keep her awake in the day and get her to bed at same time every night. I tried this aftersomeone suggested it to me and touch wood it has worked a treat, even though I was more tired than ever but its worth it. A bath for little un' straight before bed really really helps, it makes them tired and relaxes their little bodys so they feel like sleeping a bit more. On first few days when she wakes at night get up and put her straight back to bed even ifyou have to sit there for 40 mins before she gets back to sleep, hopefully if this works you can get some rest in before baby comes and more importantly when baby does come you will only have the sleeping issuesof 1 baby to deal with instead of 2!!! How do these women with 4 or 5 kids do it ey?!!!! Hope it all goes well for you hun x
