Menstrual Cycle (period)
Posted: 10-10-05 12:52pm

Hi again

sad face no response to my last posting. However, I do have a serious question I really need some feed back on as it has me very concerned. For three to four months now I found that my menstrual cycle (period) have gone from 28 days to 21 days and sometimes it even arrives earlier. The dr seem to shrug it off each time I mentions it. Has anyone experienced this? I have been on prednisone for quite a while and feels it may be responsible but I am not 100% sure of it. Please please let me hear from you.

Thanks every one

Hi

i also noticed a change in my cycle it to began to arrive more often and very heavy. If your doctor dosen't seem to care then if this concerns you I would contiue to pester him about it, i've learned that you have to keep being persestant to get the answers you need.

Thanks stephanie,

at least I am happy to know that I am not the only one and it is indeed something that occurs. Even though I am still concerned I feel a little bit better. I have herd so much about prednisone and it's side effects a lot of witch I was not told by my dr but I do believe it may be the main cause but that is only my belief.

Thanks again
