I am 28 weeks pregnant and I get this sharp pain from my belly button down and I dont even want to move. I got that the other night when I was laying down and I went to get up, it hurt! I was like omg that hurts! Did/does ne one else get this??? Also, im supposed to be going in to get my flu shot, I heard its bad for the baby...Is that true??????????????

The flu shot is not dangerous for the baby. In fact, if you will be in 2nd or 3rd trimester during flu season (nov-apr) it is strongly recommended you get it. One of my friends lost her baby at 6 months because she got the flu. She was in bed for a few days and thought the baby wasn't moving because she was resting. But it turns out the baby died and they had to induce her and she had to deliver her stillborn daughter. The benefits definitely outweigh any theoretical risks.

My dr recommended against any shots when prego just as they do meds I would talk with dr first before getting it...........
