Hey guys, I just turned 19 not too long
ago and well i've been having sex since
the age of 17. With my first girlfriend I
noticed that I was quite premature in
ejaculating with her but she didn’t seem
to mind so we just had sex a lot. I have
to say that I am a pretty good looking guy
and knew how to treat her right and if I
didn’t have my looks I know she
wouldn’t stay with me.
Well i’ve been with my second girlfriend
for a little over a year and I treat her
so well and we really are so happy with
each other and both want to get married
someday and have kids together. I love
her so much and we both love to have sex
but i'm so terrible because I can’t hold
myself nearly long enough for her to have
an organism. I’m so upset with myself
because I really want our sex life to be
strong and I can tell so does she but she
says that there’s not really any point
in having sexy because I only get what I
want and she never does and she says we
only do it now for me because I never last
long enough for her to orgasm. I've
started going down on her and I know she
loves it but I know she wants intimate sex
even more but I cant give it to her.
I’m not a bad size and she’s even told
me that but last night we had a serious
conversation after we had sex and I could
tell she was upset and I really needed to
know it my premature ejaculation was the
problem. She told me yes and I feel awful
because I know she won’t leave me or
cheat but I know she probably kind of
feels that she’s stuck with terrible sex
all her life now. I feel terrible because
we both can’t share the wonderful
feeling of sex together.
I absolutely hate being premature and I
would appreciate it if somebody ...Anybody
out there has the same problems and has
found a way to beat it. Ill do anything
or try anything.....Well thats not going
to harm me..But you know what I mean.
Maybe you can recommend a physician around
the toronto, ontario, canada area that I
can go and visit who can possibly help me.
I’ve already tried the stud 100
desensitizing spray and it worked great
for the first few times but after a while
of using it I realized I felt nothing
after a short while of sex and my penis
would then go down and she still
wouldn’t get any pleasure. It went from
one bad thing to the next!. Please...I
beg of you...Any of you, please help me.
I don’t want to be stuck with horrible
sex and a premature ejaculating penis my
whole life. I love sex and so does she.
Please help us…
ps. Ive looked at all the other forums
and nothing in those have helped at all.
Please...I need a
solution...Please..Thanks soo much in
advance

Steve-o is recommending the "stop and go"
technique which is a good idea. You
might also try kegels. While they may
take some times to see the effects, in the
long run, you'll be glad you spent the
time on them. You also might try
masturbating prior to sex. This is the
easiest fix.

Hey, thank you so much for responding...I
didn't think anybody was ever going to. I
will definately try the masturbating until
I feel as if i'm gonna cum...Method lol.
And I definately will get back to you
after i've tried it for a week or so. I
have tried masturbating before I have sex
and it has worked sometimes but even still
its not long enough for me or her. For
once in my life I would love to have to
feeling of controlling when I choose to
cum...That would be a dream come true.
And as funny as it sounds, for once in my
life I would love to have blue balls
during sex haha.
I have heard about kegels...What are they
and how do you do them?. If you could
give me some information on them that
would be awesome. As I said before i'de
try anything to control this horrible
problem.
Other information about myself that I
forgot to mention before is that I
probably masturbate once every 2 days, and
have sexy about once or twice a week.
Like its not like in not active its just
that the lil bugger wont stop going off so
soon lol. Any more reccomendations,
comments or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. I was also thinking about
maybe some pills I could take prior to sex
that would give me the control that I
really want. If anybody could suggest
some of those that would be really cool
too. Thanks in advance.
they are really simple exercices without
having to use drugs.
Ciao!

kegels is the method in which one
exercises their pc muscle. This would be
the muscle you use to stop peeing, or
"move" our penis without touching it.
Simple contractions every day will do the
trick, but you should read up on them to
create a routine. You must be very sure,
however, that it is only the pc muscle you
are contracting. Contracting other
muscles (such as the anus) will keep you
from having any results. When used
properly, kegels can be used to increase
the pleasure of orgasm, allow you to
orgasm without ejaculating, and in some
cases choose when you are ready to orgasm.
