I was wondering if anyone has had a neg.
Hpt and was preg. I am having all of the
syptoms including a missed period. The
only syptom I do not have is sore
breasts/nipples. I can't help but feel
that I am, but I have continued to test at
home and they all come back neg.

I have been pregnant twice and both did
not show up on home pregnancy tests. The
first time I was pregnant (i was 14 and
around 8 months along already) I was in
denial but my belly was obvious. My mom
made me take a home pregnancy test and it
still came out negative! So, you may
want to may an appointment for a blood
test instead. Good luck!

I was due for my period on the 10th so I
am technically not that late but am just
wondering I am really new to all of this.
Also some one told me that the doctor
only preforms blood tests for pregnancy
once it is confirmed by a urine test. Or
can I request a blood test and they should
preform it for me?
Also, I have health insurance with co pay,
does anyone have an estimate on how much a
blood test cost?

An at home pregnancy test can detect an
increase in hcg levels 14 days after
conception and 1 day after your missed
period.
I've never heard of having to have
pregnancy confirmed with a urine test
before you can get a blood test. And if
you're going to be paying for it ... Then
I would request and insist on having a
blood test. They shouldn't turn you
down.
As far as what you'll have to pay ...
Blood tests don't cost that much -
especially when all you're checking for is
pregnancy. You should be able to look on
the back of your insurance card and see
what your co-pay will be. I'm thinking
no more than $20.00.

You very well maybe pregnant but just
relax because stressing over it can make
your body miss periods and all sorts of
strage things

Well everyone, I am still late, and
showing many signs of pregnancy. I am
gaining weight(i am by no means a small
girl but I know when my jeans don't fit
any more)my boyfriend told me that he has
noticed this too-(i have not changed my
diet in any way), I am having cramps, I am
using the bathroom more than usual, my
nipples tingle and are very
sensitive(which is very unusual for me-i
never really felt them before), my skin is
breaking out-uggh!, I feel skin all the
time, I am very very tired, my fingers are
swelling, I have alot of discharge, and
most noticeable is my period is very late
23 days to be exact.
I have taken numerous hpt all of which are
neg.
I also took a blood test yesterday it also
came back neg.
What is wrong with me??
I am at a loss, I have no idea what to
do??
This is driving me crazy.
