Q: How Long?

I wsa just wondering, on average, how long does it take for the bump to show when ure pregnant? And if I was2 months pregnant, would it be safe for me and my baby, if I went skiing? Please I need help a.S.A.P. To any1 out there.....

You might want to ask your doc on that. What do you mean by bump? Your tummy? Its should start growing about 4 months when you show, some women are earlier, some are later. But skiing you should really check with your doc.

Some recommended exercises for pregnant women include: swimming, walking, yoga, aerobics just to name a few.


Exercises to avoid include: skiing, water skiing and horseback riding.


Cross-country skiing can be safe but there is still an enormous risk of falling. Downhill skiing is definetely not encouraged due to the increased risk of falling.

Hi
Go see the doctor but I would'n go skiing you can fall and hurt yourself , it is only safe to do "safe" sports like swimming and yoga
