foods.

determine the cause of the night sweats.
Change your lifestyle: avoid alcohol,
spicy foods and have a talk with your
doctor regarding any medication you are
currently taking. Keep your bedroom cool.
Take a cool shower before bed. A sleep
study may be required if you suffer any
other symptoms.
