Using Progetserone Cream And Vitex (chaste Berry)- No Result Posted: 10-13-05 20:02pm
Hello everybody and good to be back to the
forums.
Hopefully somebody can lend me some advice
or even have the same situation.
I am 28 and have stopped my birth control
pill after 10 long years. My "natural"
cycles when I was younger were kind of all
over the place- meaning I was never 28
days, hence is why I went on my pill. I
finally stopped my pill after my last
"pill cycle" in august and I actually had
one period in september aboout 4-five
days. I started taking vitex aka
chasteberry tree about a week before I got
it- I run a vitamin store and did a lot of
research on it so I though why not. After
that period ended, I also started using a
natural progesterone cream I have in my
store that I have heard does wonders for
pms and regulating periods- used it from
day 12-26. I am now on day 30 and I have
not started a period yet and I have all
the signs of it coming. I know that I am
not pg, my husband was "fixed" last year,
and I thought using the vitex along with
the cream would defiantely help bring it
on. I know the vitex takes about 3-6
months to see real results, but I thought
the cream would pick up where the vitex is
not currenlty working on. I realize that
I was on my pill for a very long time and
that I did not ovulate that whole time.
I also had the mid cycle pain about two
weeks ago with some very light blood when
wiping.
Am I being paranoid?? I just want to be
regular and don't want to go back on the
pill or even try provera to start it
either. After all of the research I have
been doing, I want to rely on doing things
naturally. The only thing I can think of
is that I traveled this week and maybe
that put it off???
Any advice or comments would be greatly
appreciated!!!
