Hi, I am not sure if this is in the right
forum, but i'm wondering how I can go
about making my body less..Strange. Let
me explain.
I was pudgy (about 130 pounds at the
most..I'm a 5'4 female..But I ate junk all
the time) until about 16 or 17, when I
decided to eat healthier. I didn't
really exercise a lot, but the pounds just
came off, and by the next year I was down
to about 115. I then went off to
university, where I defied tradition and
lost more weight (not on purpose, either).
I'm a vegetarian, and am very picky, so
my food is not exactly diverse. But
anyways, my problem is is that i'm now
about 104 pounds, and I don't want to be
this skinny! But at the same time, I
dont want to be pudgy again, because I
feel more confident this way. I am
strange though in that i'm bony in some
areas, like my collarbone and shoulders,
and i'm practically flat-chested, but my
belly is always a little flubby! I want
to gain muscle, but I don't know how,
since i'm very busy (and unfortunately
lazy), and dont eat enough protein (i dont
think, anyway).
This is pretty long and rambling, but
anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows
how to gain enough muscle that things kind
of balance out, and I wont be bony some
places and flubby (for lack of a better
word) others. I have literally no money
to spend, and I have one set of 3 pound
weights. I would like to gain weight,
but not really fat. I do gain fat pretty
easily, I think. Anyways, hopefully
someone has some ideas! Thanks.

Ummm, well u definately need protein,
which is hard to come by as a vegitarian.
Dairy products have decent amounts of
protein try some of them, as for the
workout routine, you would want to consult
and expert, or someone who has done
something similar.

You can buy protein powders, or protein
bars. Also when you work out just do
light weights so that you don't really
gain muscle and become big, but just tone
it up and make it look firm, and lean.
