I am looking for some insight to an injury
involving crushed fingers. The fingers
were crushed approx. 3 weeks ago and
there are no broken bones according to x
rays. The problem is that the middle
finger is so swoolen it looks liek it will
burst, the finger tip and the nail is now
turning black as if the underlying skin is
dead not like a bruising. The swelling is
in 3 finger, the middle, index and ring.
The middle then the ring being the most
severe. The pain is severe, as well as a
severe burning in the middle finger along
the sides the at times radiates into the
palm to the elbow and now up in the
armpit. Have seen two differnt doctors
with a diagnosis of soft tissue damage,
but am not at ease with this diagnosis.
