I’m Always Afraid of Loosing My Work Posted: 10-14-05 14:30pm
I have a good job and i’m a good
specialist. I have been working there for
3 years. But i’m always afraid of
loosing my work. I understand that there
are no reasons for it but I always think
about it. It’s not a depression but
paranoia.

I feel that way all the time too...
I always get victimised by my boss...The
thing is she only does it to me...I work
in a department where there are only
men...I am the only woman..People tell me
its because she is envious but I always
wonder envious of what? I dont
want her job or her position...I just want
the experience...I am never disrespectful
and I am good at what I do...I meet all
sales targets at the end of the month cuz
I naturally have a knack for sales....
Sometimes questions cannot be
answered...My best advice to you is to
stay strong under pressure...The more I
stand up for myself at my job the more
pressure she puts on me...She wants me to
resign but I will never give her that
satisfaction...She has to find solid
grounds to fire me and so far...My tracks
are all covered....Up to this week I was
supposed to meet human resource based on
my work ettiquette via unjustifiable
complaints by my manager. :x thank
goodness all my actions are always done
with honestly....
the more I am under pressure because of
folly is the more I become stronger.
as for your paranoia...What would trigger
that? Did you do something at work? Do
you have good relationships with the
people at work :? ?
I don't...I keep to myself...I stay out of
trouble that way...Not because I am not
friendly...Because I dont want anyone to
include me in their fickle bs
keep strong and have confidence in
yourself...Its the only way anyone can
move ahead sucessfully! :d
