but I have fertility problems,because my
periods are iregular.

Its hard to know when you are ovulating if
you are irregular, but having sex every
other day will increase your chances
alot.
Dont use artificial lube or oil.
Ask your hubby not to masterbate, so his
sperm are potent.
If you keep track of when you have sex, (i
put a heart on calendar) when you get
your period, count 14 days back, thats
when you ovulated. I dont know how to
get your periods regular short of seeing a
doctor.
Medications, nicotine, caffine can
interfere with fertility also.
