Your stories are amazing ... I was 19 when I first had sex my boyfriend he was 18 we had been dating for 10 mon he had sex once before over a year and a half before I met him. We consider ourselves married yet not officially until I am out of college next month I will be 20 lol it wasen't that long ago. Anyways I didnt expect much I "knew" it would hurt which it did I did bleed a little. We had thought about it a time or two before then but never did. I was always at his house and I stayed the night allot never even slept in the same room. But when we made love for the first time it was amazing I cant even explain we deffinantly became one. I know without a doubt then and now he is truly the one I an supposed to be with for all my life. What is amazing though is 2 days after we had sex I realized I forgot our (anniversary) you know the monthly thing when you first start dating well it was 2 days earlier lol I told him we just laughed. And playing he told me it was a great gift lol I love him with all my heart though. I am not condoning my behavior but we have never used a condom or any other contriceptives. Well the fact is I cant get preg. Well thats a lie anything is possible but it is very inprobable that I do become preg. But even so young I do wish for a child more than anything in this world. I have cf so ......... But I always pray for the best and what the man upstairs want im fine with that. God bless jessica

This may make me sound very un educated but what is cf?? I'm sorry to hear that you have this, even though I do not know what it is...Anything that makes it difficult to have children is sad. It is an advantage in some ways. I hate condoms and birthcontrol pills (because of the weight gain) so it would be nice to have unprotected sex with my hubby without having to worry about pregnancy! I love your attitude about the situation.. It's nice to finally speak to someone on this forum who has faith in the lord.

Cystic fibrosis is a relatively rare, inherited disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. The disease is chronic, progressive and ultimately fatal. It is estimated that there are about 30,000 people in the united states who are affected with cf and between 2,500 and 3,000 babies who are born with it each year. Cf can occur in all races, but it is most common in caucasians who have northern european heredity. Cf is hereditary. Children contract it as the result of both parents passing on an abnormal gene. The parents/carriers are not affected themselves by the abnormal gene
a defective gene causes the body to produce abnormally thick, sticky mucus that clogs the lungs and leads to life-threatening lung infections. These thick secretions also obstruct the pancreas, preventing digestive enzymes from reaching the intestines to help break down and absorb food.
The mucus also can block the bile duct in the liver, eventually causing permanent liver damage in approximately six percent of people with cf. People with cf have a variety of symptoms including: very salty-tasting skin; persistent coughing, at times with phlegm; wheezing or shortness of breath; adults, however, may experience additional health challenges including cf-related diabetes and osteoporosis. Cf also can cause reproductive problems—more than 95 percent of men with cf are sterile. But, with new technologies, some are becoming fathers. The stick mucus also clogs the reproductive tracts making it harder sometimes impossible to conceive although many women with cf are able to conceive do to were they are mainly effected and how healthy they are, limited lung function and other health factors may make it difficult to carry a child to term.

So there is a posiblitiy that you may someday have children! That's good! How healthy are you?? I mean do you struggle with this alot? I read what you wrote about depending on how healthy you are. It can be fatal? Wow,that's scary! I think that your bf is awesome for standing by your side through this. You will be in my prayers!

Yes cf is fatal I am as healthy as can be expected I guess well in the docs eyes. I believe I can be healthier. The average life span with a person with cf is about 32 give or take. Although many are much older but most of them have a milder form or its directed mainly to other parts of the body. So yes I pray when the time is right or if there is other options given to me I will some day have a child. My diagnosis is age 30 or so ( but you know what shhhh I plan to stay alot longer than that heee heee shhhhh) lol I honestly love life to the fullest and im not ready and dont believe I will bee in 10 short years thats ridiculous. My bf is strong and has stood by me through everything he also has every faith in the lord and when I get depressed that I am still not preg he reassures me that it is not our time that the only one that has the full plan will let us know when not us trying to tell him its time lol I forget that sometimes but then again I think we all do at one time or another right? Wow! You are such an amazing person. You are so strong and have so much courage and faith! I admire you. I wish you the very very best...And you know what...I think you'll be around much longer than 10 more years. Keep trying for that baby...If it is .God's will it will happen, no questions asked! Wow, that is a tough situation, and you sound like a very strong person jessica. I'm assuming that your boyfriend has been tested to make sure he isn't a carrier of this gene, right? Because it sure doesn't sound like something you would want to pass on. Even then, I guess any kids you did have, would always have to make sure that if they wanted to have kids, that their partner wasn't a carrier. I guess your parents didn't know they were carriers.

Lol of course no he is not a carrier and yes my parent were it was more of a sex drive dating thing than a dating because they liked eachother thing you know how it goes lol I have never met my father I would like to know more about his med. Background though is there anyway I can do that with out interfearing with the whole personal mumbojumbo and confidentiality issues?

I lost my virginity at age 16 with my b/f of the time. We had been together for 1 1/2 yrs. Mine was everything I never dreamed about. I had wanted to save myself for marriage, but he had differnt idea's and he raped me. Which I did dump him for and should of pressed charges against him but I was scared. My second time though was the one that was good and memorable. It was with a guy I had been going out with for a month, but we were very much in love already, he was a virgin, he was 16 and I was 17. It was everything I had expected that time, minus the pain since my hymen was already broke. Being in love with with him made it very special and we would still be together today if it wouldn't of been for his mothers interferiance. But oh well I found a very great man who is now my husband and wouldn't change it for the world.

I thought the entire thing was hilarious. It took a couple of tries because it kept hurting. He even starting joking, saying at one point of time 'take that hymen'. He still thinks it was funny, it wasn't really romantic because its uncomfortable.

Hmm well I never dated in school, and I had had this huge crush on a guy that spent the summers in my community back home. Well one night when I was 21 and he 19, I went to a dance with friends and he showed up there with is friend. His friend hooked up with my sister and I somehow ended up with him. One minute we were dancing and the next minute we were out in his friends van in the parking lot of our local fire department! I was drinking and so was he. I dont actually remember it hurting I just remember that we had sex all night long. It was really fantastic! The funny thing was when his friend came back to get his van it was rocking.. And everyone was standing around. We actually didnt care and kept going at it. Not sure if it was the thrill of getting caught or what, but it certainly made it more fun. The next morning he had to go to work and I walked over to my friends house. I tell you I got some looks that morning! All good tho. They all thought it was about time hahaa. Anywho.. I was online talking to a friend of mine a few days later who said that her friend went to get in their car and all they could hear was someone getting it on in this van parked beside them, and instantly she figured out it was me. Lol anywho to make a long story short. I ended up dating the guy a few months later for just over a year. He cheated on me the whole time and I finally decided that I deserved much better. We are still friends and I feel sorry for him now because his life isnt great. However that is all that there is. I never once regret letting him be my first. I learned alot in a short time because of that. I went on to dating lots of guys and yes I did have alot of sexual relationships after that, but then when I was seeing about 4 guys at the same time because I was not ready to devote myself to just one guy, I actually met the love of my life. We went out that night and yes, we did end up in bed together. I told him that all we could do was snuggle that night as I went over to his place, and well one thing led to another and it has been 3.5 years since that and we just got married in august of this year. My life would be totally different if I had stayed with my ex, and I am glad that the things happened that ended up happening because I wouldnt be here with my wonderful husband. Mary

Definitely wait until you are both ready. You can experiment and have fun and learn how your body works. I made my boyfriend wait 8 months and he had only one experience before me. But we learned to feel comfortable naked around eachother and experimented and when I was ready I let him know. He is my soulmate and we built up a good friendshipo and sexual bond! We have now been together 9 1/2 years and going strong!!
