Hi , i'm 17 and 165 . I'm wondering how
much can I get taller
do you think I can get to 170?
And do you know any system to increase
height
some says I still have many chance to grow
but i'm worried , I saw a system named
yoko that increases height by effecting
the nerves of the feet
anybody have any suggestions?

You never did mention how tall you were,
but it really does not matter, you should
learn to accept youself as you are instead
of getting into some of these pills that
can do you some damage not only now but
for later on in life!

he gave his height in cm, but I agree that
he shouldn't try for something to increase
height.
I recomend that you just stay with what
you have, i'm not very tall, but it hasn't
affected me in any negative ways at all.
I haven't heard of yoko before. If I were
you i'd look into it a lot before trying
anything.
